These terms apply to the Pluribase website at pluribase.io and to the Pluribase text messaging program. Both are operated by Knufflebeast LLC ("Knufflebeast", "we", "us"), a New York company. By using this website or joining the text program, you agree to these terms.

Website terms

• The website provides general information about Pluribase. Content may change without notice and is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
• The site, its text and its design are owned by Knufflebeast LLC. You may view and share pages for personal or evaluation purposes.
• Don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or submit other people's information.
• To the extent allowed by law, Knufflebeast LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Text messaging (SMS) program

• Program name: Knufflebeast LLC, Pluribase updates.
• Description: When you opt in on our Text messaging page, Knufflebeast LLC will send you text messages about Pluribase product updates, demo scheduling and test messages.
• Message frequency varies, typically fewer than 4 messages a month.
• Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You'll receive one confirmation message and no further messages. To rejoin, sign up again on the Text messaging page.
• For help, reply HELP to any message.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
