Pluribase: texting and phone banking for public programs

Texting and phone banking for public programs: campaigns, replies, surveys and calls in one place, with the rules built in.

For agencies, nonprofits and the partners who reach people for them.

The dashboard: texts sent, opt-out rate and replies for the last 30 days, items that need attention, and today's sending against each number's daily limit.
The dashboard, from the demo. All data in these screens is synthetic.

One tool, from approval to answer.

Staff and volunteers run texting and phone-bank campaigns side by side, from approvals and audiences to replies, surveys, scripts and reports.

The campaign editor: message versions, audience, sending number and schedule, with a preview of the text.

Campaigns with a second pair of eyes

Write the message, test it on your own phone and schedule it. Nothing sends until a second person approves it, and nobody approves their own.

  • A/B versions with a set share of recipients each
  • Tracked links, counted once per person
  • Translations with the opt-out line in each language
A campaign report comparing message versions, with a significance check for clicks, replies and opt-outs.

Reports that answer the question

Who got it, who clicked, who replied and who opted out, by message version. The report says whether a difference is real or noise.

  • Significance at 95% for every comparison
  • Survey results from texts and calls combined
  • Exports to CSV, each one logged
The phone-bank screen: the person to call with a masked number, the caller script and the survey.

Phone banking on one screen

Volunteers from partner organizations work through a list with the script and survey beside them. Residents' numbers stay masked, and every call's outcome is recorded.

  • Partners see only the campaigns assigned to them
  • The resident sees the program's number
  • Calls keep to your sending hours
Sending numbers with their type, carrier registration status and daily limits.

Sending you can stand behind

The rules carriers and regulators expect are built in, so every campaign follows them without anyone remembering to.

  • STOP, HELP and START handled automatically
  • Quiet hours in each recipient's own time zone
  • Only carrier-approved numbers send, within their daily limits

Built for public programs.
