This policy explains how Knufflebeast LLC ("Knufflebeast", "we", "us") handles information collected through the Pluribase website at pluribase.io and through the Pluribase text messaging program. Pluribase is a product of Knufflebeast LLC, a New York company.

Information we collect on this website

We keep website data to a minimum. We do not use advertising trackers, advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this site. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for a short time to operate and secure the site.

If you email us, for example to request a demo, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, and we use it only to reply to you.

If you use a form on this site to request a demo or a quote, or to buy seats, we receive what you enter (such as your name, work email and organization) and use it only to reply to you and to fulfil your order. Payments are made on Stripe's own page: we do not receive or store card details.

Text messaging (SMS)

We collect your mobile number, your name if you provide it, and a record of your consent (the date and time and the consent wording you agreed to) only when you opt in on our Text messaging page. We use this information only to send the messages you subscribed to: Pluribase product updates, demo scheduling and test messages, and to keep a record of your consent and any opt-out.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf (for example, Twilio). Those providers may use the information only to deliver our messages.

Opting out

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.

How we use and share information

We use the information described above only to operate this website, respond to you and run the text messaging program you joined. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our users or the public.

Retention and security

We keep opt-in and consent records for as long as you are subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward to show that consent was given and honored. We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold.

Your requests

To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email hello@knufflebeast.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website and our text program are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
